Mini PDU
In addition to any statutory rights you may have,
RastOrder P/L warrants the Mini Power Distribution Unit for a period
of 12 months against defects in materials and workmanship, when used
in the manner for which it was intended.
Our Liability under
this warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a
Bona-Fide
defect did exist and was not caused by factors beyond
our control.
Warranty does not extend to units;
That have
been opened, altered or repaired by persons other than authorised by
RastOrder P/L.:
That have been used for any other application
than specified:
Where there has been a failure of the buyer to
follow instructions or guidelines provided by RastOrder P/L
:
Where there has been a failure of the buyer to properly
maintain the unit:
Where there has been a continued use of the
unit after any defect becomes apparent, or would have become
apparent to a reasonably prudent operator or user:
Fair wear and
tear, accident, or act of God:
Warranty also doesnt extend to
units that have had the 5A fuse upgraded and/or bridged, and then
subjected to over-voltage.
RastOrder P/L does not assume any
liability arising from the application of and/or resulting from the
use of the
Mini Power Distribution Unit.
RastOrder P/L shall
not be liable to compensate the buyer for any delay in either
replacing or repairing the workmanship/unit,or in properly assessing
the buyers claim.
RastOrder P/L reserves the right to change
the specifications without prior
notification.
