This cart is a large cart:                  

The cart consists of two modules stacked one on the other:
They are bolted together through the side frames by plastic star knob, bolts & nuts.
The frame construction is of 25mm (1 inch) square aluminium tube.
This design allows you to separate the two modules for traveling in the back of a station wagon or 
four-wheel drive, with the equipment staying on the cart and in an upright position.

The bottom module is welded together. The top module bolts together.

The L shaped top of the cart makes for less height when wheeled into a van,
(at 45 degrees) on its rear wheels.

Standard wheels are: 
Twenty inch (505mm) bike wheels - chrome steel, premium fat tyres.
Front castor wheels, 100mm (4inch).

***The extreme external wheel width, is no more than 700mm (27 ½ inches).

Dimensions:
The main frame external measurements are 600mm (23 ½ inches) Front to Back and 540mm (21 ¼ inches) wide.
There are two height variations     (difference only in top module)
Lower, 1 meter 230mm (48 ½ inches) overall height.
Higher, 1 meter 300mm (51 ¼ inches) overall height.  
Top module-lower full height 580mm (22 7/8")
Top module-higher full height 650mm (25 5/8")
Bottom module full height including wheels 650mm (25 1/2")

Shelving:  In the top module
Half shelf 330mm (13”) F to B.
Full shelf 575mm (22 5/8") F to B.

Mixer sliding shelf (normally in top module.)

560mm (22 inches) F to B and 30mm (1 1/4”) deep.
Or Rack mounted - (moveable) - internal - 410mm (16”) wide, 500mm (19 ½ inches) F to B and 30mm 
(1 ¼ inches) deep.
They have screw locks to hold them in the closed position.

Shelving: In the bottom module
Full shelf 550mm (21 ½ “) F to B.
Below this is a front storage box, 250mm (9 ¾”) F to B with a depth of 80 mm (3 ¼”).
Behind this box is a rear storage box 275mm (10 ¾”) F to B with a depth of 50mm (2”)

An Optional extra in the top module is a side - slide out laptop shelf. This is mounted under the top full shelf.
It has a screw lock to hold it in the closed position.
Dimensions are 500mm wide (19 ¾”) – but it only extends 415mm (16 ½”), 430mm (16 7/8”) F to B 
with a depth of 40mm (1 ½”).

An optional extra in the bottom module is a slide out drawer. This is mounted permanently under the full shelf, 
with the sliders attached to the side frame. It has a push button, lockable, slam catch.
Dimensions are 460mm (18”) wide, 500mm (19 ¾”) F to B and 100mm (4”) deep.
Rack strips are restricted in the bottom module with this option.

Rack Strip;
Is attached to the inside of the frame, where possible and accommodates most standard rack mounted 
equipment or hardware

Top Module
Front half shelf area - 6ru in both high & low version.
Front full shelf area – 6ru in higher version, 5ru in shorter version.
Rear full area – 13ru in higher version, 11ru in shorter version.
Bottom Module
Front area -6ru.
Front area above shelf only with drawer option – 2ru.
Rear area – 5ru.

Weight:          Nominal at around 28 kilograms (63 pounds).

Painting:       Powder coated a charcoal grey – slight metallic.

Accessories:
Optional accessories are; Hooks, antenna/boom boxes, antenna/boom holders, coffee cup holders.
There are facilities for these on the cart, with positions on rear and sides.

A bicycle pump & repair kit along with a 6mm allan key are supplied free. 
Rastorder will also pay the first AUD$60 towards available accessories.
