The VK Cart
In
addition to any statutory rights you may have, Rastorder P/L
warrants the VK Cart for a period of 12 months against defects in
materials and workmanship, when used in the manner for which it was
intended.
Our liability under this warranty is subject to us
being satisfied that a Bona-Fide Defect, did exist and was not
caused by factors beyond our control, or was not a minor
imperfection due to the fact that these carts are hand
built.
Warranty does not extend to carts,
That have been
altered or repaired by persons other than authorised by RastOrder
P/L:
That have been used for any other application than
specified:
Where there has been a failure of the buyer to follow
instructions or guidelines provided by RastOrder
P/L:
Particularly where the recommended weight limits of the cart
have been exceeded.
Where there has been a failure of the buyer
to properly maintain the cart:
Where there has been a continued
use of the unit after any defect becomes apparent, or would have
become apparent to a reasonably prudent operator or user:
Fair
wear and tear, accident or act of God:
Rastorder P/L does
not assume any liability arising from the application of, and/or
resulting from the use of the VK Cart.
RastOrder P/L shall
not be liable to compensate the buyer for any delay in either
replacing or repairing the workmanship/cart, or in properly
assessing the buyers claim:
RastOrder P/L reserves the right
to change the specifications of this cart without any prior
notification.

regards to this cart, the copyright in industrial design and the
practical application of manufacture of that design is the property
of RastOrder P/L.
RastOrder has a registered cart design
pending.
